- Drive end-to-end recruitmentfor Commercial, Finance & Accounts positions across Corporate Office and business functions.
- Build solid talent pipelinesfor recurring and business-critical positions through market mapping and proactive sourcing.
- Partner with Finance and Commercial stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, role expectations and hiring priorities.
- Source talent through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, recruitment partners and direct market mapping.
- Ensure quality screening and assessment of candidates based on functional expertise, business fit and organizational culture.
- Drive interview coordination, stakeholder alignment and candidate engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Manage offer negotiationsand improve offer-to-joining conversion ratios.
- Track recruitment metrics including Time-to-Hire, Offer Acceptance Ratio, Position Closure and Source Effectiveness.
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS and hiring reports for leadership review.
- Generate regular market intelligence on talent availability, compensation trends and competitor hiring.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment governance, Oracle Recruitment processes and hiring compliance.
Education: MBA (HR) / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute
Experience:
8-12 Years
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in Corporate Talent Acquisition, preferably hiring for Finance & Commercial functions.
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, executive search methodologies and talent mapping.
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to partner effectively with senior functional leaders.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Strong negotiation and offer management capability.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle ORC preferred).
- Strong analytical ability with experience in recruitment MIS and hiring dashboards.
- Excellent communication, influencing and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple critical mandates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- High ownership, execution focus and attention to detail.
