- Role: Lead Software Engineer (.NET, React, Azure) Location: Chennai, India

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Software Engineer with 6–9 years of experience in .NET, React, and Microsoft Azure to design, develop, and deliver scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, high-quality software solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, React, and Azure.
- Lead technical design, architecture, and code reviews.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams, promoting best practices and code quality.
- Build and deploy cloud-native solutions using Azure services.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business requirements.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps,



and secure software development practices.

Required Skills

- 6–9 years of experience in software development.
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, React, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Azure services such as App Service, Azure Functions, and Cosmos DB.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, Git, and Agile methodologies.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, cloud-native architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other cloud-native technologies.
- Azure or AWS certification is a plus.

Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering discipline.
