Role Description As a Lead Software Engineer at PInterview, you will oversee the design, development, and maintenance of our online interview platform in a full time, remote capacity. You will lead a team of engineers, set technical direction, and ensure scalable, secure, and reliable back-end services that power live video and telephonic sessions. Your day-to-day work will include architecting system components, writing high-quality code, performing code reviews, and optimizing performance across the platform.

You will collaborate with product, design,



and operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and continuously improve user experience. You will also mentor team members, introduce best engineering practices, and contribute to long-term technology strategy.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and systems design.

Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience delivering production-quality applications.

Hands-on expertise in Back-End Web Development, building and integrating APIs and services.

Practical experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and patterns in modern languages.

Experience leading engineering teams, conducting code reviews, and setting technical standards.

Familiarity with cloud platforms, relational and NoSQL databases, and CI/CD pipelines.

Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
