We are looking for a Lead Software Engineer with strong Full Stack development experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable tracking and logistics applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in backend development, up-to-date web technologies, and experience leading technical initiatives while mentoring team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain tracking and logistics applications.
- Build scalable backend services and responsive web applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Review code, mentor junior developers, and promote engineering best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability,
and reliability.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making.
- Troubleshoot production issues and deliver high-quality software solutions.
Required Skills
- 6 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, and MySQL.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Experience conducting code reviews and mentoring developers.
