Mindset Consulting is looking for an experienced Senior / Lead SAP PP/QM Functional Consultant to support a large-scale SAP ECC environment. This is an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise manufacturing and quality management initiatives with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Lead business process workshops and gather functional requirements for SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).

Configure and support SAP PP/QM modules across implementation, enhancement, and support projects.

Design scalable manufacturing and quality management solutions aligned with business objectives.

Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP developers for custom developments.

Support system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments.

Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide timely functional support.

Conduct end-user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and prepare solution documentation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to drive continuous process improvements.

Provide functional leadership and mentor junior consultants.

Required Skills & Experience





15+ years of SAP functional consulting experience.

Strong hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM).

Extensive experience with SAP ECC implementation, enhancement, and production support projects.

Deep understanding of manufacturing planning, production execution, quality inspection, batch management, and shop floor processes.

Experience in business process analysis, system configuration, testing, and solution design.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience leading workshops and driving functional discussions with business users.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in large enterprise manufacturing environments.

Exposure to SAP S/4HANA migration or transformation projects is an added advantage.

Ability to lead teams and provide functional guidance across project phases.

Location Requirement: Candidates should be willing to work 2 days per week from the Bangalore office.
