About the Role We're looking for a Lead Product Designer to help shape the core experience of one of India's most widely used consumer platforms. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has designed at scale for large, diverse B2C audiences and wants to own end-to-end product experience from problem framing to shipped, measurable outcomes.

You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to define the design vision, build scalable UI systems, and mentor a team of designers while staying deeply involved in craft.

**What You'll Do

?** Own the end-to-end design process — from user research and problem definition to wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI for key product areas.

?Translate complex user needs and business goals into simple, intuitive, and delightful experiences for a large, diverse consumer base.

?Build and maintain scalable design systems and UI patterns that ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms.

?Partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers to define product strategy and prioritize the roadmap from a design lens.

?Use qualitative and quantitative data (user research, analytics, A/B tests) to validate design decisions and iterate quickly.

?Lead, mentor, and provide craft feedback to a team of product designers, raising the bar for designv quality across the org.





?Present design rationale and strategy clearly to senior stakeholders and leadership.

?Stay on top of consumer tech design trends and bring fresh, relevant thinking to the product.

What We're Looking For ?7–12 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of shipped B2C consumer products (web and/or mobile).

?A formal degree in Design (e.g., B.Des/M.Des from a recognized design institute) or equivalent design education.

?Proven experience designing for scale — large user bases, multiple platforms, and varied user segments.

?Strong command of UX and UI fundamentals: information architecture, interaction design, visual design, and design systems.

?Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).

?Experience using data (analytics, user research, A/B testing) to inform and validate design decisions.

?Prior experience mentoring or leading designers, with solid communication and stakeholder management skills.

?A collaborative mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment.

Good to Have ?Experience in matchmaking, marketplace, social, or other high-engagement consumer platforms.

?Familiarity with accessibility and localization best practices for large, diverse markets.
