- Track and manage all incoming leads from online sources (website, social media, portals, paid ads) and offline sources (walk-ins, referrals, events, print/hoardings).

- Log, update, and maintain all lead and client data accurately in the CRM system.

- Follow up with new leads in a timely manner via calls, WhatsApp, and email to gauge interest and readiness.

- Qualify leads based on defined criteria before passing them to the sales team.

- Delegate/assign leads to the appropriate sales team members based on territory, project, or workload.

- Track the status and progress of ongoing projects in the city and keep client-facing information updated.

- Maintain regular follow-up with existing/old clients for repeat business, referrals, and relationship continuity.

- Build and maintain a solid,



trust-based relationship with the overall client base.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure leads are being actioned and not going cold.

- Maintain CRM hygiene — no duplicate entries, updated stage/status tagging, accurate remarks.

- Escalate unresolved client queries or complaints to the relevant team/manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
