We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and technical coordination of premium corporate interior projects from concept to handover.
Key Responsibilities - Lead concept design, space planning and design development for corporate interior projects - Prepare and review layout plans, working drawings and GFC drawings - Coordinate with clients, consultants, MEP teams and project managers - Guide architects and designers throughout the design process - Ensure design quality, functionality and compliance with project requirements - Coordinate material selection, finishes and design specifications - Support estimation and procurement teams with technical inputs - Attend client presentations,
