We are a US and Canada -based real estate investment firm purchasing off-market residential properties. We are looking for a sharp, highly articulate, and quick-thinking Lead Intake Manager (Inbound Real Estate Sales) to join our team remotely during US business hours (Night shift in India).

Role Overview

This is not a cold call centre job role!

You will be the primary point of contact for motivated home sellers inquiring via our high-intent SEO and PPC marketing channels. Your main objective is to establish immediate rapport, build trust, and qualify every inbound lead.

Key Responsibilities

- Speed to Lead Execution: Instantly connect with inbound web forms and PPC leads within 3 to 5 minutes of submission.
- Lead Qualification: Conduct consultative, discovery-driven conversations to uncover the property's physical condition, seller's true timeline, underlying motivation (e.g., probate, foreclosure, divorce, distress), and price expectations.
- Inbound Call Handling: Answer incoming phone calls from homeowners with high empathy, composure, and confidence.
- CRM & Record Keeping: Accurately log seller notes, property details, and interaction histories into our real estate CRM.
- Follow-up Cadence: Run persistent,



structured follow-up sequences with unreached leads and warm prospects to maximize conversion.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Exceptional English Proficiency: Near-native or professional verbal communication skills with a clear, neutral accent suited for conversing with US/Canada home sellers.
- Real Estate / US/Canada/UK Inside Sales Background: Direct experience in US/Canada off-market real estate, wholesaling, cold calling, or inside sales is an asset.
- Consultative Sales Mindset: Ability to ask probing questions naturally without coming across like you are reading a rigid survey or script.
- US Shift Availability: Ability to work full-time aligned with US business hours (EST/CST) - Night shit in India.
- Tech Literacy: Familiarity with real estate CRMs (e.g., REsimpli, Podio, GoHighLevel) and VoIP dialers (e.g., Aloware, SmrtPhone).
