Job Summary

We are looking for a high-energy Lead Generation Executive to build a strong sales pipeline by connecting with US-based decision-makers. Your primary focus will be to identify, engage, and qualify prospects, and book high-quality meetings for the sales team.

This role is ideal for candidates who are strong communicators, understand B2B sales, and want to grow into high-ticket US-market closing roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads from the US market via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and inbound inquiries
- Book qualified meetings with decision-makers (CFOs, Founders, Finance Heads)
- Conduct initial discovery to understand business needs and assess fit for FPO services
- Promote services such as bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, AP/AR, tax support, and FP&A;
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, follow-ups,



and meetings in CRM
- Collaborate closely with Sales Closers to ensure smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets
- Follow structured outreach sequences and continuously optimize messaging

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–5 years of experience in Lead Generation / Inside Sales (B2B)
- Experience working with US or international clients preferred
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Confidence in cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly disciplined

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in FPO / BPO / KPO / SaaS sales
- Understanding of accounting and finance processes
- Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, etc.
- Prior experience working in US/UK/AUS shifts

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹140,000.00 per month
