We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Executive Intern to support our recruitment consultancy by generating high-quality B2B leads. The role involves identifying potential clients, building databases, researching companies, and reaching out to decision-makers through various channels.
Based on your performance during the 6-month internship, you may be offered a full-time permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential client companies requiring recruitment and staffing services.
Build and maintain a database of qualified prospects.
Find key decision-makers' contact details, including email addresses and phone numbers.
Generate B2B leads using LinkedIn, company websites, online directories, and other research platforms.
Reach out to prospects through LinkedIn, cold emails, and other outreach channels.
Maintain accurate records of leads and follow-up activities.
Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
Eligibility
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B Lead Generation (internship or full time experience considered).
Experience in company research and database creation.
Ability to identify decision-makers and gather contact information.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and other lead generation tools/platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience generating B2B leads for Recruitment, Staffing, IT Services, Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, or Consulting industries will be preferred.
