Job Summary

Acumaxis HR Services is looking for a proactive and target-driven Lead Generation Executive to identify potential clients for our recruitment and executive search services. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in B2B lead generation, LinkedIn prospecting, company research, cold calling, and client outreach.

This is a 100% Remote, Part-Time opportunity that offers a fixed monthly stipend along with attractive incentives for every qualified lead generated. High performers may also be considered for long-term opportunities with the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify companies with recruitment and hiring requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients across multiple industries.
- Generate qualified business leads using LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator (preferred), company websites, job portals, and other online platforms.
- Research and identify decision-makers, including HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Directors, Founders, CEOs, and Business Leaders.
- Build and maintain an organized database of prospective clients.
- Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, cold emails, and cold calls.




- Introduce Acumaxis HR Services and its recruitment solutions to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate lead records using Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or pursuing graduation.
- 1 year of experience in Lead Generation, Business Development, Sales, or B2B Prospecting.
- Experience using LinkedIn for business lead generation is mandatory.
- Ability to identify target companies and key decision-makers.
- Comfortable communicating with senior professionals through calls, LinkedIn, and email.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
