- Lead a team of full-stack developers to design, develop, test, and deploy complex software applications using Java FullStack technologies such as Spring Boot.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects by setting milestones, prioritizing tasks, and providing guidance on technical best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in leading full-stack development teams using Java FullStack technologies like Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of cloud computing platforms (AWS/GCP/Microsoft Azure) for deploying applications.
- Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL) for storing data.
- Proficiency in React.js for building user interfaces.
