Role: Lead – Fundraising Acquisitions & Partnerships, Remote Experience: 3-5 years Salary band: Upto 8-10 LPA Location: Candidates must be from Mumbai. ___ About the role: This is a "founding" fundraising role for a proactive professional who thrives in startup mode. You will be responsible for building fundraising systems from scratch, shaping processes where none exist, and translating the purpose of non-profits into clear value for corporate funders. You will focus on the 30L – 1Cr CSR segment , helping build trust in an unorganized landscape.

Key Responsibilities: Acquisitions & Networking: Proactively reach out to corporates and foundations to pitch partnership opportunities. Leverage existing networks (15-20 CSR leads) for faster market entry.

Partnership Management: Manage the complete lifecycle from initial outreach and negotiation to onboarding and long-term engagement.

Proposal & Strategy: Craft data-driven, compelling grant proposals and impact-led narratives that inspire donor commitment.

Ecosystem Building:



Represent the organization with NGOs and ecosystem partners to strengthen visibility and collaboration.

Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, cash flows, and financial reporting for partnership accounts.

Solutioning: Work closely with vendors and NGOs to design effective interventions, particularly in healthcare and education.

What You'll Bring: Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in fundraising, donor engagement, or CSR partnerships.

Skills: Solid negotiation, grant writing, and stakeholder management abilities.

Network: A working network of decision-makers within small to mid-sized CSR portfolios.

Mindset: An entrepreneurial "founder-like" spirit; comfortable with ambiguity and building from the ground up.

Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Master's in Sales/MBA or Development Studies is a plus).
