Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead and monitor internal compliance audits across both Primary and Secondary Logistics operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Policies, and Masters across the plan locations.
- Drive compliance with ISO and internal audit and coordinate internal auditors as well as external ISO auditors, ensuring timely closure of observations.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with the Delegation of Authority (DOA) and all approval regulations.
- Ensure complete compliance in transporter bidding processes, including transparency, governance, and policy adherence.
- Monitor RFID and GPS implementation and operational compliance across plants, warehouses, and dispatch locations.
- Ensure compliance in freight, handling, warehousing, and vendor payment processes, including adherence to agreed timelines and approvals.
- Oversee vendor lifecycle compliance,



including onboarding, due diligence, performance monitoring, renewal, and off-boarding.
- Conduct market benchmarking of freight, handling, warehouse rent, and logistics costs to ensure competitiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
- Carry out regular freight, lead distance, and logistics cost audits to ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and cost optimization.
- Track compliance KPIs, identify gaps, recommend corrective actions, and present periodic compliance reports to senior management.
- Promote a robust culture of governance, transparency, risk management, and continuous improvement across the logistics organization. Role & responsibilities
