Job Opportunity: Lead Experiential Learning Location: Bangalore Department: Experiential Learning Position: Full-Time Lead Experiential Learning Reporting To: Department Head, Experiential Learning About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient individual to join our client's team as a Lead Experiential Learning. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with industry experts, faculty, instructional designers, and technical teams to develop industry-aligned, hands-on learning solutions for online degree programs and skilled certifications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop industry-relevant experiential learning modules, including practical labs, capstone projects, assessments, and cloud-based environments focusing on AI and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and engineering teams to create end-to-end, real-world enterprise use case simulations that enable practical, hands-on learning.
- Review and validate technical content, source code, and project implementations to ensure quality, scalability,



and adherence to engineering best practices.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends to enhance program content and practical learning experiences.
- Continuously develop technical expertise, especially in cloud-native environments such as AWS and other cloud platforms.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical discipline.
- Proven experience (5-7 years) in software development, SDLC lifecycle, and technical content creation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with AI/ML development, NLP, Generative AI applications, Python, and AI frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, API development, and system integration is desirable.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
