As a Lead Engineering Manager, you will oversee the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions while mentoring engineering teams and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with Product Managers, Architects, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable, secure, and high-performing applications. Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage software engineering teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.

Drive end-to-end software development using Python, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable application architecture.

Define engineering roadmaps, technical standards, coding guidelines, and development best practices.

Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and align technical execution with business objectives.

Review system architecture, code quality, performance, and security to ensure engineering excellence across projects.

Drive Agile development practices,



sprint planning, estimation, resource allocation, and project execution.

Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks while promoting continuous improvement in software delivery processes.

Support cloud deployment, CI/CD automation, monitoring, and application performance optimization.

Conduct code reviews, mentor engineers, and foster a culture of technical learning, innovation, and accountability.

Monitor engineering metrics, project progress, delivery quality, and operational performance while ensuring successful product releases.

What Makes You a Great Fit

3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, with solid hands-on expertise in Python development.

Proven experience designing and delivering scalable, high-performance software applications and distributed systems.

Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented programming, design patterns, APIs, and system integration.

Experience working with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and modern software development methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, mentor developers, and drive technical decision-making.

Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, project planning, engineering execution, and stakeholder management.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities with the capability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
