Lead - BIW CDMM DE Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Own end‑to‑end delivery of BIW part development from Business Case/ROCM approval to SOP, aligned to program milestones Define and drive EVOB/VOB strategy, including supplier panel finalization with SSU and closure of sourcing milestones Lead RFQ process, drive techno‑commercial evaluations, and finalize supplier nomination in line with cost and timeline targets Govern DFM and TSO closure with design and STA teams to ensure manufacturability without cost or timing risks Drive commercial proposal submissions, secure approvals, and ensure timely VOB closure with SSU Own PO release, tooling kick‑off, and advance management for BIW parts and materials Track sourcing milestones, tooling progress, and FTG readiness with STA, SCM, and suppliers until plant handover Deliver MRD, cost, and timeline targets, ensuring readiness for proto builds, pilot builds, and SOP Experience 13 to 15 Years Industry Preferred Automotive Qualifications B.E./B.Tech General Requirements Our commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Experience Level Senior Level
