- Architect and implement scalable Drupal solutions, ensuring best practices in security, performance, and maintainability.
- Design custom modules and themes while adhering to Drupal coding standards.
- Work with Acquia, Pantheon, or other hosting platforms for deployment and infrastructure management.
- Optimize Drupal sites for performance, caching, and scalability (eg, using Redis, Varnish, or CDNs).
- Integrate third-party APIs, headless CMS solutions, and other enterprise applications.
- Lead code reviews, technical documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Ensure compliance with accessibility (WCAG) and security standards (OWASP, GDPR, etc).
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and DevOps teams to align technical implementation with business objectives.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Drupal-related issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Drupal development and architecture (Drupal 8/9/10).
- Strong proficiency in PHP, Symfony, Composer, and Drupal API development.




- Experience with Drupal theming (Twig, CSS, SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap).
- Hands-on experience with Drush, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker-based environments.
- Knowledge of Headless/Decoupled Drupal (GraphQL, JSON:API, React, or Vue.js is a plus).
- Expertise in database management (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ticketing systems (JIRA, Trello).
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Acquia Certified Drupal Developer or Architect certification.
- Experience with multi-site architecture and multilingual Drupal implementations.
- Familiarity with Cloud-based hosting (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to automation tools (Ansible, Terraform) and performance monitoring (New Relic, ELK stack)
