Job Overview

SenseLive Technologies is looking for a Lead Electronics Design Engineer to spearhead the development of hardware for our Industrial IoT (IIoT) product portfolio. The ideal candidate should have robust expertise in mixed-signal PCB design, ultra-low power systems, RF design, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM), with the ability to deliver reliable and production-ready hardware solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end hardware design lifecycle, including schematic design, component selection, PCB layout, prototyping, and production support.
- Design mixed-signal multi-layer PCBs (4–6 layers) for industrial-grade applications.
- Develop ultra-low power electronic systems and battery-operated devices.
- Design and optimize RF circuitry for LoRaWAN, Wi-Fi, BLE, and Cellular communication modules.
- Perform hardware debugging, root cause analysis, and validation testing.
- Ensure designs comply with EMI/EMC and IEC standards.
- Generate manufacturing documentation, including BOMs, Gerber files, Pick & Place files,



and test procedures.
- Collaborate with firmware, software, and mechanical engineering teams throughout product development.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Altium Designer, KiCad, or similar PCB design tools.
- Experience with STM32 MCUs, ESP32 SoCs, Quectel Modems, and embedded hardware platforms.
- Strong understanding of PCB layout, RF design, power electronics, battery management systems (BMS), and industrial electronics.
- Experience using laboratory equipment such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, electronic loads, and power profiling tools.
- Knowledge of Design for Assembly (DFA), Design for Testability (DFT), and thermal management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in Industrial IoT product development.
- Familiarity with LoRaWAN, Wi-Fi, BLE, and cellular communication technologies.
- Experience working in cross-functional product development teams.
