Role & responsibilities:

- Experience in Specification, Data Sheet & sizing of Electrical equipment, SLDs &
- Schematics diagrams, Load list, Electrical calculations, Cable schedule, Electrical layouts, Inquiry/Purchase requisition, Vendor offer review, TBE &
- Vendor document review, Inter Discipline Coordination, ETAP, Dialux.

- Review the ITT (Invitation To Tender) documents provided in the proposals, raise technical queries (TQs). Follow up tender bulletins as applicable.

- Carry out FEED verification activity by carrying out preliminary sizing calculations to ascertain the adequacy of various engineered equipment as outlined in ITT documents.

- Issue inquiry requisitions, Review techno-commercial vendor offers.

- Prepare various estimates like Bill of quantities, Material cost, Man-hours, Software cost, Vendor assistance, Vendor visits & any other estimates as needed for the bid.

- Provide engineering input to proposals, prepare technical queries to Company, risk register, project execution plan, manning levels / histograms, technical bid analysis, optimization etc.

- Review contract requirements for project execution, organize the preparation of the Technical Document Register (TDR), identify requirements and scope of work.

- Establish contract review criteria, identify and resolve discrepancies and divergences from original proposal through the instigation of technical queries to projects/client

- Review basis of design, design guidelines, specifications, Data Sheets, equipment layout, Hazardous area classifications Typical installation standards and other relevant documents.





- Preparation / Checking of Single line diagram with protection and metering requirement.

- Preparation of detailed calculation for major electrical equipment like transformer, Emergency Diesel Generator, Capacitor bank, AC UPS, Battery &

- Battery charger, Neutral grounding resistor.

- Preparation of detailed design calculation for earthing , lighting, cable sizing, cable tray / trench sizing.

- Preparation of electrical consumer list, cable schedule.

- Checking of Electrical layouts like earthing, lighting, cable tray / trench, Fire alarm system, telephone system, public address system etc.

- Understanding / checking of substation automation system.

- Preparation of electrical equipment and bulk material requisitions, vendor offer review, preparation of technical bid tabulation etc.

- Vendor document review (Electrical equipment & bulk material).

- Coordination with other engineering disciplines for inputs and technical issues.

- Participates in Model Reviews and other project related workshops.

Review of Subcontractors/ Vendor documents for technical compliance.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Candidate preferred from design consultancy background.

- Minimum 8+ Years of experience in Designing, review &
- Coordination having exposure in large infra, industrial, FAB, Semiconductor, Datacenter, Pharmaceuticals, Oil &
- Gas projects.

- Positive knowledge in AutoCAD, BIM and REVIT software.

- Conversant with ETAP, SEL and other Lighting software.

- BE/B.Tech Or ME/M.Tech in Electrical Or Electronics

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
