Lead - DAC STA Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Own end-to-end technical and quality delivery for DAC commodity across NPD and CPE projects. Govern supplier audits and capability assessment; ensure robust processes and FTG readiness to support RFQ discussions. Lead STA team to drive gate readiness, priorities, and decisions, ensuring sample availability at each stage and SOP at defined mature volumes.

Standardize and deploy STA methods, FTG practices, and development best practices across parts. Ensure adherence to APQP, E-PPAP, and capacity readiness aligned to mature business volumes. Drive stakeholder alignment to deliver first-time-right quality in parts development.

Apply robust domain expertise in casting, forging, machining, brakes, suspension, bearings, fasteners, cables, and surface coatings. Lead problem-solving with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and meet project timelines.
