Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy robust machine learning frameworks that optimize credit risk assessment and financial forecasting to improve portfolio performance.

- Mentor a team of high-performing data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rigorous experimentation to maintain our competitive edge in the market.

- Oversee the end-to-end development of predictive models, from data ingestion and feature engineering to production deployment and performance monitoring, ensuring high availability and accuracy.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling machine learning models using Python, with a deep understanding of statistical modeling and predictive analytics within the financial services sector.
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and buy-in for data-driven initiatives across the organization.
- Strong educational foundation with a degree from a Tier 1 institute (IIT, NIT, or BITS), reflecting a high level of analytical rigor and problem-solving capability.
- Extensive experience managing the full lifecycle of data products, including the ability to navigate the complexities of large-scale financial datasets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of guiding technical teams through complex projects in a cooperative, in office work environment in Pune.
- Ability to adapt quickly to evolving business requirements and regulatory changes, maintaining a proactive approach to model governance and ethical AI practices.
