Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead AI Product Pods across Credit Risk, Fraud, and Collections functions.
- Build and deploy production-scale Machine Learning systems for lending lifecycle decisioning.
- Own complete ML lifecycle including feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
- Design scalable distributed ML infrastructure, feature stores, model registries, and MLOps pipelines.
- Develop AI solutions for underwriting, portfolio risk monitoring, fraud detection, anomaly detection, and recovery optimization.
- Drive model governance, monitoring, explainability, and compliance within BFSI regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, Engineering, Data, and Business teams to deliver AI-driven business outcomes.
- Define AI platform architecture, operational excellence, SLAs, and incident management practices.
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing AI Engineering and Data Science teams.

Ideal Candidate:

- 10 years of experience in Data Science, Applied AI, Machine Learning, or ML Engineering with proven team leadership experience.
- Solid background in building and deploying production-grade AI/ML systems at enterprise scale.




- Hands-on expertise in Credit Risk, Fraud Risk Management (FRM), Collections, Recovery, or Lending Analytics within the BFSI domain.
- Experience leading AI Engineering or Machine Learning teams and driving end-to-end product delivery.
- Strong programming skills in Python with experience in Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes, APIs, Microservices, and MLOps.
- Expertise in distributed machine learning, model training, fine-tuning, model serving, and scalable AI platform development.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, Feature Stores, Model Registry, Experiment Tracking, CI/CD pipelines, and production monitoring.
- Experience with ML model governance, model evaluation, drift detection, explainability, and BFSI regulatory compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, program execution, and cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to mentor and scale high-performing AI teams.
- Candidates with experience in leading AI initiatives for Banking, Financial Services, NBFCs, or FinTech organizations will be highly preferred.
- NRI candidates planning to relocate and settle in India are also preferred.
