Role Description The Creative Head (B2B) will lead the creative vision and execution for B2B clients, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact communication across campaigns and channels. This full-time, on-site role, based in Thane, involves overseeing concept development, guiding design and content teams, and translating marketing objectives into compelling creative strategies. Remuneration - INR 7-10 Lac Per Annum (can be flexible for suitable candidates) Qualifications - Strong Creative Direction skills, with the ability to develop concepts and oversee end-to-end campaign execution.





- Expertise in Branding and Creative Strategy to shape brand narratives and drive effective B2B communications.
- Proficiency in Graphic Design principles and collaboration with designers to ensure high-quality visual output.
- Proven Team Management experience, including leading, mentoring, and motivating multidisciplinary creative teams.
- Relevant experience in B2B marketing or advertising, preferably within an agency workplace.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
