Glove Talent Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Lead - Application Development to lead application development initiatives, technical delivery, and engineering teams for enterprise-scale technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in application architecture, Java/J2EE, Azure technologies, API integrations, database solutions, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead application design, development, testing, and implementation activities.
- Manage and mentor development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical leadership on complex application systems and integrations.
- Drive best practices in software design, code quality, and development processes.
- Review technical solutions, architecture, and implementation approaches.
- Collaborate with business teams, architects, vendors, and technology stakeholders.
- Support production issues, application stability, and continuous improvements.
- Manage resource planning, delivery timelines, and team performance.

Required Skills:





- 10+ years of experience in software development with team leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Java 17, J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with Azure services including Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL MI, ADLS, Azure APIM.
- Strong experience with Oracle databases, SQL optimization, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, integrations, and enterprise application architecture.
- Knowledge of GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible, and DevOps practices.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SOLID design principles and software engineering best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Positive To Have:

- Experience in Banking/Financial Services domain.
- Knowledge of Payments, SWIFT messaging, ISO 20022, or payment platforms.
