Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead AI Systems Engineer & Product Architect who blends deep systems engineering experience, clean UI/UX product intuition, and mastery of contemporary AI tools. While non-technical users can prompt AI to write basic scripts, you bring the architectural rigor, UX design eye, cost optimization expertise, and systems design required to turn rapid prototypes into scalable, intuitive, and secure enterprise-ready platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End System & UI/UX Design: Lead the design and engineering of production-ready systems. Ensure user interfaces are clean, intuitive, and responsive, adhering to modern design systems and user-centric UX patterns.

- Up-to-date AI Tooling Mastery: Expertly leverage modern AI tools across the development cycle—from rapid wireframing/prototyping (v0, bolt.current, Lovable, Figma AI) to AI-driven coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf) and automated test generation.

- Architecture & Reusability: Architect solutions using modular, composable patterns so components (both UI kits and backend services) can be seamlessly reused across multiple client implementations.

- Cost & Token Optimization:



Evaluate LLM usage patterns, dynamic context sizing, open-source models, local execution, and API token caching to keep client operating costs at an absolute minimum.

- Quality & Scalability: Audit AI-generated code for edge-case failures, security vulnerabilities, memory leaks, accessibility (a11y), and performance bottlenecks.

- Lean Infrastructure Strategy: Set up lightweight, automated, multi-tenant containerized deployment pipelines (Docker, serverless, edge functions) that keep infrastructure overhead near zero prior to client onboarding.

Qualifications & Requirements

- 5–10 years of full-stack software engineering and architecture experience.

- UI/UX Foundations: Demonstrated ability to craft clean, modern UI/UX using component frameworks (Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, Radix UI, Storybook) and modern design systems.

- Mandatory AI Tooling Proficiency: Daily fluency with next-gen AI tools including:

- AI Coding Agents: Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex, Windsurf, Copilot CLI.

- AI UI/UX Generators: v0.dev, bolt.recent, Lovable.dev, Figma AI.

- LLM & Agent Frameworks: LangChain/LangGraph, LlamaIndex, LiteLLM, or custom RAG setups.

- Mastery of modern full-stack engineering (TypeScript/Node.js, Python, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL, Vector DBs).
- Deep DevOps/Infra experience (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Vercel, Serverless, Terraform).
