Role Description The LC-MS Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based at ITC Labs in Panchkula. The analyst will operate and maintain LC-MS instruments, prepare samples, run analytical methods, and ensure accurate data acquisition in line with validated protocols.

Day-to-day activities include method development and optimization, calibration and system suitability checks, troubleshooting instrument issues, and documenting results in laboratory information systems. The role involves strict adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), quality management systems,



and applicable regulatory and accreditation requirements. The LC-MS Analyst will collaborate with the scientific team to interpret data, prepare technical reports, support audits, and contribute to continuous improvement in analytical workflows.

Qualifications

- Strong LC-MS instrumentation skills, including system operation, basic maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in analytical method development, validation, and optimization for LC-MS applications.
- Solid laboratory skills in sample preparation, extraction, and handling for complex matrices.
- Competence in data analysis, chromatographic interpretation, and use of LC-MS software and data systems.
- Knowledge of GLP, quality systems, and relevant national and international testing standards.
- Attention to detail, strong documentation practices, and ability to follow SOPs and safety protocols.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working within multidisciplinary laboratory teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in an accredited testing or research laboratory, especially in pharmaceuticals, food, or environmental analysis, is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Panchkula and adapt to evolving technologies and methods.
