Roles and Responsibilities :

- Assist in contract drafting, review, and negotiation to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct research on corporate laws, regulations, and industry standards to provide accurate advice to clients.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify potential risks and develop strategies for mitigating them.

- Provide support in vetting contracts for accuracy, completeness, and legality.

Job Requirements :

- 0-0.6 years of experience in a similar role or related field (e.g., law firm, corporate counsel).

- Solid understanding of corporate law principles and practices.

- Excellent drafting skills for creating clear, concise documents that meet client needs.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
