Role Description The Land Technician will support land-related activities, including field data collection, site assessments, and documentation of land features in the Pune Division. This full-time hybrid role requires regular on-site work in Pune Division for surveys and field operations, along with some tasks that can be performed from home, such as data analysis, reporting, and coordination.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with topographic surveys, supporting land implantation and layout work, using GPS equipment to capture precise location data, and maintaining accurate records and maps. The role also involves collaborating with project teams, participating in research related to land use and development,



and contributing to training activities that improve field practices and data quality.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform and support Topographic Surveys, including field measurements and preparation of basic survey reports.
- Experience with Implantation and site layout work, ensuring accurate placement and marking of land boundaries and project features.
- Competence in using Global Positioning System (GPS) devices and related software for location data collection and verification.
- Research skills to gather, analyze, and interpret land-related information and support project planning and decision-making.
- Experience in Training or knowledge sharing, with the ability to follow and reinforce standard procedures and safety practices.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in land surveying, civil engineering, geography, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and basic understanding of maps, drawings, and land documentation.
- Ability to work in a hybrid mode, manage time effectively, and collaborate with field and office teams.
- Familiarity with surveying software, GIS tools, or CAD applications is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the Pune Division for field assignments as required.
