Role Description This is a full-time, in office Land Acquisition role based in Ghaziabad. The role involves identifying and evaluating suitable land parcels for telecom tower installation, in line with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include conducting preliminary site assessments, coordinating due diligence, and managing negotiations with landowners, brokers, and local stakeholders to secure favorable terms. The position requires close collaboration with legal, technical,



and project teams to ensure timely approvals, clear titles, and smooth handover for development. The role also includes tracking local market trends, maintaining accurate records of acquisition activities, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws, zoning regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications Strong expertise in Land Acquisition and Acquisitions, with a proven ability to identify, evaluate, and secure land parcels.

Experience in Due Diligence, including title verification, regulatory checks, and documentation review.

Knowledge of Land Development processes and coordination with technical and project teams.

Ability to conduct Market Research related to property values, local regulations, and regional development trends.

Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Working knowledge of local land laws, zoning regulations, and municipal approval processes.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic mapping or GIS tools is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Law, Business, or a related field; relevant experience in telecom or infrastructure sectors is preferred.

Capability to work on-site, travel locally as needed, and manage multiple acquisition projects simultaneously.
