Job Role: Camp Boss

Location: Guyana, South America

Job Summary:The Camp Boss is the single point of accountability for the day-to-day running of the company's worker accommodation facility. Camp Boss oversees housing, food, hygiene, discipline, security, medical liaison, transport, and basic HR/welfare for the resident workforce. The role blends hospitality, facilities management, light HR, security, and pastoral care.

Responsibilities:

- Accommodation & Facilities – Manage room allocation, occupancy, housekeeping, maintenance, assets, and overall camp cleanliness.
- Food & Catering – Supervise kitchen operations, menu planning, food quality, hygiene, stock, and grocery procurement.
- Worker Welfare & Discipline – Enforce camp rules, conduct breathalyzer tests, resolve conflicts, handle grievances, and support worker welfare.
- Health & Safety – Maintain first aid, coordinate medical care,



monitor health records, and ensure fire safety and hygiene standards.
- HR & Administration – Support onboarding, room allocation, attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and security records.
- Transport & Supplies – Manage worker transportation, camp vehicles, and procurement of camp consumables and supplies.
- Reporting & Coordination – Prepare regular reports, conduct staff meetings and roll calls, and coordinate with Project, Safety, HR, and Accounts teams.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
