Job Purpose: Support the Lab and Application Engineering team in executing routine testing, product application activities, and maintaining productive laboratory operations.



To enhance lab productivity, ensure disciplined documentation, and contribute to cross-functional and global collaboration.

Key Responsibilities - Assist in routine laboratory testing and validation activities

- Support product application trials and evaluations
- Prepare test samples and ensure accurate recording of results
- Maintain and update laboratory documentation and test reports
- Manage lab materials, chemicals, and sample inventory
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Plant, QA, Application Engineering teams)
- Collaborate with global counterparts (India & China Application Teams) for technical support activities
- Ensure adherence to lab safety, quality standards, and 5S practices
