A Land Acquisition Coordinator identifies, evaluates, and helps secure viable land parcels for development. They act as the core link between landowners, brokers, and internal legal, engineering, and finance teams to manage the preliminary pipeline, due diligence, and documentation for property acquisitions

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing &
- Site Identification:

Research, identify, and source prospective land parcels (residential, commercial, or mixed-use) matching company portfolio and growth goals.

- Relationship Management: Build and maintain a robust local network of landowners, brokers, real estate agents, and village/local consultants.

- Initial Negotiations &

- Follow-ups:

Conduct preliminary meetings, telecalling, and negotiations regarding pricing and terms (Outright purchase or Joint Development / JV).





- Due Diligence &

- Documentation Support:

Coordinate with the legal and liaison teams to collect, compile, and verify land title records, parent documents, encumbrance certificates (EC), Patta/Chitta, and revenue records.

- Feasibility &

- Reporting:

Support management by conducting initial market assessments, organizing site visits, preparing feasibility summaries, and maintaining tracking (MIS) reports.

- Government &

- Authority Liaison:

Assist in tracking local zoning regulations, land use patterns, and co-ordinate with surveyors or local revenue/planning offices for boundary verification.
