Job Summary

Wellcaza Hospital Pvt. Ltd. is inviting applications for the position of Lab Technician. We are looking for dedicated, responsible, and detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about delivering accurate laboratory services and supporting quality patient care in a hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform laboratory investigations accurately and efficiently as prescribed.
- Collect, label, process, and handle patient specimens following standard protocols.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting of test results.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety, and infection control standards.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care.
- Perform duties in the laboratory, hospital, and other departments under Wellcaza Hospital Pvt. Ltd. as assigned.
- Be proactive, responsible, and willing to support hospital operations whenever required.

Eligibility
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT/BMLT) or an equivalent recognized qualification.
- Valuable knowledge of laboratory procedures, sample handling, and diagnostic equipment.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Must be active, responsible, and willing to take initiative in all assigned duties.
- Should be willing to report to the hospital or laboratory at any time in case of emergencies or operational requirements.

Experience
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Work Schedule
- Rotational shifts, including day, evening, and night duties.
- Candidates must be willing to work flexible shifts as per hospital requirements.

Salary Salary will be decided based on performance during the interview and overall qualifications.
