Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive L2 Security Support Engineer with hands-on experience in F5 SSLO and exposure to PTA and DAM technologies. The candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise security infrastructure, handling production incidents, supporting implementation and migration activities, and ensuring high availability and security compliance across critical environments, including banking and enterprise domains.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support F5 SSLO infrastructure for enterprise and banking environments.
- Perform L2 troubleshooting for SSL visibility, traffic flow, policy enforcement, and application accessibility issues.
- Handle deployment, migration, configuration, and upgrade activities for:

- F5 SSLO

- F5 WAF

- F5 Load Balancer solutions
- Manage SSL certificate installation, renewal, replacement, and troubleshooting activities.
- Monitor system health, HA synchronization, SSL inspection performance, and traffic steering policies.
- Support security policy tuning and optimization to reduce false positives and improve application availability.
- Coordinate with application, network, firewall, and server teams during implementation, migration, and troubleshooting activities.
- Handle production incidents, critical issue troubleshooting, and ensure SLA compliance.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents and prepare technical incident reports.
- Work closely with OEM/TAC/vendor support teams for escalations and issue resolution.
- Support change implementation,



maintenance activities, and operational documentation.
- Assist in security monitoring and infrastructure optimization activities.
- Support PTA and DAM security monitoring and incident analysis activities.
- Participate in planned maintenance, DR activities, and emergency support during critical incidents.

- Understanding of network protocols including HTTP, HTTPS, TCP/IP, DNS, and routing concepts.
- Familiarity with enterprise security environments and banking infrastructure.
- Exposure to SIEM/security monitoring tools is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in F5 technologies will be an added advantage.
- Experience working in production support or managed security services environments.
