Manager - Learning & Organization Development (L&OD;)
Location: Gurugram
Function: HR - Learning & OD (Corporate)
Role Summary
Lead Learning & Organization Development initiatives across assigned businesses, driving capability building, employee engagement, digital learning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Manage key L&OD; programs including Learning Academies, LMS, 360-degree feedback, employee engagement surveys, and business-specific OD interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders, HR teams, and COEs to identify learning and capability-building needs.
- Design, curate, and implement learning interventions across behavioral, leadership, and functional domains.
- Drive adoption and effectiveness of digital and classroom learning programs.
- Manage RPG and KEC Academy programs, including learning calendars and stakeholder coordination.
- Lead employee engagement surveys, action planning, governance, and implementation.
- Manage 360-degree feedback processes and development interventions.
- Drive OD projects, leadership reviews, and capability-building initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness, learning metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
- Manage L&D; budgets, vendor relationships,
and external partnerships.
- Build internal trainer capability and promote learning culture across businesses.
- Support employer branding through learning best practices and industry benchmarking.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA (HR) or equivalent.
- 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development and/or Organization Development.
- Certifications in L&D;/OD preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale programs.
- Willingness to travel frequently (50%+).
