7. Coordinate with OEMs and vendors for resolution.
8. Track recurring issues and drive preventive actions.
9. Maintain incident logs and detailed RCA reports.
10. Support change validation and post-implementation checks.
11. Monitor critical KPIs and service impact trends.
12. Guide L1 engineers on complex troubleshooting cases.
13. Work in rotational shifts.

1. Strong knowledge of core, IP, and transmission networks.
