About the Team At Originpay, our Operations and Compliance team is responsible for delivering a seamless and compliant onboarding experience for merchants and customers. We work together to ensure every verification is completed efficiently while maintaining regulatory standards and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role Originpay is looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Video KYC Associate to join our growing Operations team.

In this role, you will conduct Video KYC (VKYC) verification for merchants and customers, verify identity documents, perform due diligence checks, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience while adhering to regulatory and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities Verify customer and merchant identity documents including PAN, Aadhaar, and business documents.

Guide customers throughout the onboarding and verification process.

Ensure accurate document validation while complying with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.

Maintain complete and accurate verification records.

Identify discrepancies or suspicious activities and escalate them to the appropriate teams.





Deliver excellent customer service during every interaction.

Meet daily and monthly productivity, quality, and compliance targets.

Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, and Merchant Support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

0–2 years of experience in Video KYC, Banking Operations, Customer Verification, Fintech, Payment Gateway, or BFSI is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Knowledge of additional regional languages is an added advantage.

Excellent customer handling and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with digital tools.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
