We are seeking an experienced Kyriba Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong expertise in Treasury Management, Cash Management, Payments, and Bank Connectivity. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, treasury teams, banks, and technical teams to gather requirements, configure Kyriba solutions, support implementations, and optimize treasury operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the functional expert for the Kyriba platform across treasury and payment operations.
- Gather and document business requirements from Treasury, Finance, and Accounting teams.
- Conduct workshops and recommend Kyriba best practices.
- Configure Kyriba modules based on business requirements.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Define functional specifications for integrations with ERP systems and banks.
- Work with implementation partners, banks, and internal technical teams to resolve functional issues.
- Create business process documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of experience working on Kyriba implementations or support projects.
- Solid understanding of Treasury Operations.
- Experience with Corporate Payments.
- Knowledge of Cash Positioning and Cash Forecasting.
- Experience working with multinational banking environments.
- Experience conducting client workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Ability to prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), Solution Design Documents, and Process Flows.
- Proven expertise in Kyriba integrations with ERP applications and bank connectivity solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of payment and reporting formats such as: ISO 20022, BAI2, CAMT.052/053/054, etc.
