Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced L1 Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, administering, and supporting Windows and Linux server environments, Microsoft 365 services, and Azure Active Directory. The candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 support for Windows Server and enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Administer and monitor Windows Server environments to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Manage and support Active Directory, including user and group administration, Organizational Units (OUs), Group Policies (GPOs), and security permissions.
- Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, and other core Windows infrastructure services.
- Support Microsoft 365 services, including user provisioning, licensing, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint administration.
- Manage and support Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID), including user lifecycle management, synchronization, authentication, and access management.
- Perform routine system health checks, monitoring, and preventive maintenance activities.
- Handle incident management, service requests, and problem resolution within defined SLAs.
- Assist in server patching,



system updates, and infrastructure maintenance activities.
- Provide basic administration and troubleshooting for Linux servers.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and vendors to resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and implementation activities as required.

- Knowledge of PowerShell scripting is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is desirable.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
