Roles and Responsibilities :

- Verify customer identification documents such as PAN Card, Aadhar Card, Passport etc.

- Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) verification for new customers.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to KYC procedures.

- Maintain accurate records of all KYC transactions and updates.

Job Requirements :

- 0-1 year experience in BPO or similar industry.

- Proficiency in Telugu language is required.

- Robust understanding of KYC verification processes and regulations.

- Ability to work accurately with attention to detail.
