We are looking for an experienced and responsible Kitchen Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our kitchen. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and efficient kitchen operations while supervising the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen operations.
- Ensure food is prepared according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Monitor food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with FSSAI standards.
- Supervise, train, and motivate kitchen staff.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate daily tasks.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate inventory requirements.
- Minimize food wastage and control kitchen costs.
- Ensure proper storage of food items using FIFO principles.
- Inspect kitchen equipment and report maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely service.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Kitchen Supervisor or similar role.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (FSSAI standards preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Positive communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
