- 7+ years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse application development

- Strong experience in Kinaxis implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects

- Expertise in developing Composite Workbooks, Scorecards, and Dashboards

- Hands-on experience with Alerts, Automation Chains, Scheduled Tasks, Scripting, and WebAPI

- Strong experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP (preferably SAP PP) or other ERP systems

- Experience troubleshooting and resolving data integration and configuration issues

- Ability to work on project delivery as well as support complex production issues

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and mentor junior team members

Positive-to-Have Skills

- SAP PP (Production Planning) functional knowledge

- Supply Chain Planning / Demand Planning experience

- Experience leading implementation or enhancement projects

- Client-facing and solution design experience
