Job Title: Key Account Specialist Location: Ahmedabad Business Area: Ahmedabad, Surat & nearby regions (as per business requirements) Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Key Account Specialist to drive sales and manage strategic customer relationships within the utility solar segment. The ideal candidate should have a strong network with EPC contractors and developers, along with a good understanding of solar products such as PV Inverters, PCS, and BESS. The role requires developing current business opportunities, managing key accounts, and achieving regional sales targets.

Key Responsibilities - Manage and grow key customer accounts, including EPCs and project developers.

- Drive sales of PV Inverters (Utility Scale & Small Utility), PCS, and BESS solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned region.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.




- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to develop effective sales strategies.

Candidate

Profile - Minimum 6 years of experience in Key Account Sales.

- Strong relationships with leading developers and EPCs in the region.
- Candidates should preferably be based in or familiar with the Ahmedabad/Gujarat region.
- Experience in selling solar products or allied electrical products is mandatory.
- Strong network within the solar/EPC ecosystem.
- Good understanding of solar project components and utility-scale solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.

Educational

Qualification - B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

- MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage, preferably along with a technical qualification.
