Job Title: Key Account Manager-CE, Bangalore.

The Key Account

Manager-CE is responsible for the key responsibilities for this job that drive significant impact to the organization. This position reports to Regional Manager and is part of south sales team. Located in Bangalore and working remotely to cover South India.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for the Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) product line, including achievement of Order and Revenue targets across the assigned region and all market segments.

- Drive and deliver quarterly and annual sales targets for both instruments and consumables especially from Biopharma industry.

- Provide accurate business forecasts and relevant market intelligence to support the development of product strategies, market expansion plans, and business growth initiatives.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Service, Application Support, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance, to maximize customer engagement, satisfaction, and business performance.

- Develop, manage,



and strengthen relationships with key accounts and reference customers to drive long-term business growth and customer loyalty.

Qualifications & Experience

- Work Experience: 8-10 years of relevant sales experience in life sciences, analytical instrumentation, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related industries.

- Education: Masters degree in Life Sciences is required. An MBA will be an added advantage and is preferred.

- Strong sales, negotiation, and account management skills.

- Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

- Excellent customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

- Solid business acumen, forecasting, and strategic planning skills.
