About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Structural Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves reviewing structural drawings, analysing residential and commercial construction plans, and supporting drafting/sketching teams with structural details and framing concepts.

This is a outstanding opportunity for freshers or early-career engineers who want hands-on experience working with US construction and structural documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Review architectural and structural blueprints
- Understand framing plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Coordinate with sketching and QA teams
- Assist in preparing structural markups and documentation
- Maintain accuracy and quality standards in project deliverables
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil / Structural Engineering




- Basic understanding of residential and commercial construction
- Knowledge of structural concepts and framing systems
- Ability to read construction drawings and plans
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic computer proficiency

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Familiarity with US construction standards
- Experience in blueprint analysis or quantity estimation
- Good English communication skills

Work Requirements

- Willingness to work night shifts if required
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
