Job Title: Jr. Software Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Jr. Software Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in software development and automation who can closely collaborate with the Design and Operations teams to drive automation, new development initiatives, and process optimization.

The ideal candidate will focus on reducing manual human effort, building design automation solutions, developing Adobe software scripts, and strengthening system workflows through robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Design and Operations teams to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
- Develop and maintain automation applications using Java.
- Create and optimize automation solutions to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
- Develop Adobe software scripts (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) using JavaScript/ExtendScript for design automation.
- Work on new automation initiatives aligned with business and operational goals.
- Debug, test, and enhance applications and scripts to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Maintain code quality using version control systems and coding best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in software development or automation.
- Strong programming skills in Java.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and hands-on experience with scripting and automation.
- Experience with Adobe scripting (ExtendScript, JavaScript for Adobe applications, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of Python will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work closely with non-technical teams, especially designers.
- Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

Good to Have

- Working knowledge of React.js or other frontend frameworks.
- Understanding of REST APIs, databases, and basic system architecture.
- Experience with workflow automation in design or production environments.
- Exposure to Git or other version control systems.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms, or server deployment.
- Experience in process improvement or operational automation projects.
