Key Responsibilities

- Drive revenue growth for residential home construction projects.

- Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.

- Oversee lead generation, qualification, and conversion.

- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

- Review sales pipeline, forecasting, MIS, and conversion metrics.

- Coordinate with marketing for campaigns, digital leads, and branding initiatives.

- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new opportunities.

- Participate in business planning, budgeting, and territory expansion.

Required Skills

- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.

- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

- Expertise in CRM systems and sales reporting.

- Understanding of:





o Home construction process o Construction materials o Architectural concepts o Cost estimation and project lifecycle

- Robust networking within the real estate and construction ecosystem.

- Fluency in English; Kannada is typically preferred for local customer engagement.

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree any
- sales/business development experience, preferably in residential construction or real estate.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Revenue and profitability.

- Project bookings and closures.

- Lead-to-conversion ratio.

- Sales pipeline health.

- Customer satisfaction and repeat/referral business.

- Territory growth and channel partner development.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
