Role & Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and engage high-potential candidates for mid to senior-level roles across tech, sales, and operations verticals.
- Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess role fit, cultural alignment, and motivation.
- Build and maintain strong pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, and niche talent communities.
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate feedback, and manage candidate experience end-to-end.
- Meet and exceed monthly hiring targets with performance-based incentives.




- Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and optimize sourcing strategies.

Skills & Qualifications Must-Have

- LinkedIn Recruiter
- ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Workable, or Zoho Recruit)
- Boolean search
- Screening & assessment techniques
- Candidate relationship management
- Target-driven performance orientation

Preferred

- Experience with international hiring or cross-border placements
- Basic CRM or Salesforce navigation
- Understanding of tech stacks (e.g. SaaS, DevOps, AI/ML roles)
